Then I saw another angel ascending from the rising of the sun, with the seal of the living God, and he called with a loud voice to the four angels who had been given power to harm earth and sea, saying, “Do not harm the earth or the sea or the trees, until we have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads.” (Revelation 7:2-3)
They were told not to harm the grass of the earth or any green plant or any tree, but only those people who do not have the seal of God on their foreheads. (Revelation 9:4)
But God’s firm foundation stands, bearing this seal: “The Lord knows those who are his,” and, “Let everyone who names the name of the Lord depart from iniquity. (2 Timothy 2:19)
Do not work for the food that perishes, but for the food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give to you. For on him God the Father has set his seal. (John 6:27)
И видел я иного Ангела, восходящего от востока солнца и имеющего печать Бога живаго. И сказано было им, чтобы не делали вреда траве земной, и никакой зелени, и никакому дереву, а только одним людям, которые не имеют печати Божией на челах своих. (Откровение Святого Иоанна Богослова 9:4)
Но твердое основание Божие стоит, имея печать сию: “познал Господь Своих”; и: “да отступит от неправды всякий, исповедующий имя Господа”. (Второе Послание к Тимофею Св. Апостола Павла 2:19)
Старайтесь не о пище тленной, но о пище, пребывающей в жизнь вечную, которую даст вам Сын Человеческий, ибо на Нем положил печать Свою Отец, Бог. (Евангелие от Иоанна 6:27)
