1. The project and these terms
Life for God is the name of the project at lifeforgod.church. In these documents, “we” and “the project” mean Life for God. For questions about the site or these terms, use the editorial contact form.
These terms cover the site's services. When creating an account or making a purchase, you accept the terms linked beside the relevant button. Data handling is explained in the Privacy Policy; payments, cancellation and refunds are covered by the Payment and Refund Policy. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Library materials and rights
Public books may be read free of charge and available PDFs may be downloaded for free. Check each book's source, translation, attribution and licence. Availability on this site does not by itself mean that every edition, translation, illustration or design is free of copyright in every country.
Public-domain and freely licensed materials may be used under the relevant conditions. Preserve required attribution and licence notices. Other materials remain subject to the permissions stated alongside them and applicable law. Report a source error or rights concern to the editors with a link and explanation.
3. Accounts and access
Registration is free. An account uses a username, passphrase and recovery code; email is optional. Keep your passphrase and recovery code safe and do not share them. Recovery may be impossible without the recovery code.
Provide only information you are entitled to use. Accounts and paid features are not intended for children under 13. Older minors need a parent or legal guardian's assistance and permission where required by law. Purchases may be made only by people entitled to enter the transaction and use the selected payment method.
We may restrict access for confirmed misuse, a security threat or a legal requirement. Where possible, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact the editors. You may challenge an incorrect restriction or ask about unused paid services through the contact form.
4. Companion and Workshop
Companion and the Workshop's AI features generate responses automatically. Responses may contain mistakes, inaccurate quotations or disputed interpretations. Check citations and quotations against primary sources. These tools support reading and writing; their responses are not an official position of any church and do not replace a personal pastoral conversation or professional advice.
Do not submit passwords, recovery codes, payment credentials, information covered by the confidentiality of confession, or other people's personal information without a proper basis. Request processing and conversation storage are described in the Privacy Policy.
Free features have limits displayed in the interface. Paid Companion questions are available beyond the free-access limits. Technical restrictions still apply, including processing one request at a time, text-length limits and temporary service interruptions. The conditions of a particular purchase are shown before confirmation.
5. Your work and publication
You retain your rights in your notes, sermons, recordings and other materials. By submitting material to a feature, you allow it to be processed, stored and displayed as needed to provide that feature, including AI processing you request.
Saving work in your account does not itself publish it. Offering a sermon, recording or profile for publication requires a separate action and permission. Editors may accept or decline a submission. Only agreed materials and details are published. Ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions from people included in a recording.
To request removal of published material, contact the editors with its link. Removal from the site does not remove downloaded copies or copies held by others. You can export personal work using the available account tools; keep your own backups of important work.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the site for unlawful activities, harassment, spam, impersonation, infringement of others' rights, bypassing limits, accessing other people's accounts or overloading the service. Do not upload malicious files. Religious discussion and disagreement are welcome when respectful of other people.
7. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the site available and correct errors, but do not promise uninterrupted operation or error-free AI responses or publications. Problems with paid features are covered by the Payment and Refund Policy. These terms do not exclude liability or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.
External links, PayPal and embedded videos lead to independent services with their own rules. We do not control their availability or subsequent changes.
8. Changes and contact
The revision date appears at the top of this document. Material changes will be announced on the site before they apply; renewed agreement will be requested where necessary. New rules do not cancel obligations arising from an existing paid purchase. The Russian and English versions are intended to convey the same terms; please report discrepancies.
For questions, complaints and suggestions, use the Life for God contact form. Provide an email address if you need a reply. Never send your passphrase, recovery code or full card number.
